Elastic is perfect tightness - if you know, you know
I typically double up on silky scrunchies to make my bun look more full; the brown and black scrunchies blend well with my hair color and give me the effect I'm after. Despite being silky, they stay put and do not slide out of my hair easily. The inner elastic is just the right tightness that two wraps is perfect. I docked 1 star because the fabric feels a little thick, almost crunchy, and wrinkles easily. The darker colors hide those defects easily, but the lighter colors are more obvious. However, the thicker fabric has held up extremely well, compared to other brands whose scrunchies have frayed and torn after just a couple uses. I wash and dry these with my other laundry and they still look new!
