If I could give this 0 stars I would, I’m so disappointed. I got this for my first Mother’s Day and the quality is so bad compared to the picture displayed. The font is so sloppy and it is so much smaller and cheap looking than described. The chain is also bigger and thicker rather than the fine and delicate one described. And it came in a crappy ziplock bag rather than the beautiful box that others received. Not at all impressed. I guess that’s what I get for not spending the money for quality.

I had to go to a lot of trouble to return it. I had to spend almost $5.00 to pay $2.40 print the return label as well as pay the post office $1.30 for postage stamp & &1.00 for a postage envelope. Then I had to contact the company after they had receive the return to remind them that they hadn't paid me. To say I am upset is an understatement!
