The bottle had this blackish stuff inside the lid when I unscrewed it. I opened it and it seems ok but smells kinda odd. Not a desirable smell I might say. I used it though to seal a Christmas ornament that I painted and it worked as it was supposed to. No stinky when it dried. I would order again but might hope it was without the black inside the lid. 😊
