    I really like this bag. However, it can be tricky getting large items out of the bag once it's full. Since the straps aren't sewn in, the bag doesn't hold open well.... So pulling my laptop out gets a little tricky because the corners get caught on the straps. I also already broke the thread on the strap.

    Thought this was gonna be the one but it wasn't. The bag is designed in a way that if you want the full length of the straps then you will have the narrow version of the bag. You'll never be able to get into the bag if it's on your shoulder and just overall a very frustrating feature. If you try to expand the bag to be able to tote wider objects, the straps are stretched and therefore it becomes something that has to be held in hand, not over shoulder. Makes no sense.
