    Whether it's your first apartment, condo or house - this is a very good starting point for a property owner to address around the house tasks (picture hanging, tightening door knobs, etc). Nothing about it is high end, but the quality of the tools are very serviceable and would likely address most tasks required of an average home owner. The hand drill is pretty light duty,. Good for screws, doubt it would be much help for drilling into anything harder than drywall. The case is well made and includes organizational slots for each item. It's a blow mold hinge, vs a mechanical hinge - so it will eventually fail over time. It's a functional collection of tools that represents a very good value.
