I LOVE this rug. The look and feel is perfect for us. Feels comfortable to lay on without under lay for rug on hard wood. My toddler loves playing on it since it is so comfy.
Definitely sheds, as I read in reviews, but did not bother me since I knew ahead of time. Many vacuums later it isnt shedding terribly.

Shedding is real
We love this rug. It looks absolutely amazing. However the shedding is really frustrating and I am now considering returning due to the excessive shedding. We do vacuum three times a week, but it still hasn’t seem to get any better. Aesthetically it’s beautiful, but practically I’m not too sure.

I was hesitant about this rug because everyone is saying how much it sheds. While it is true that the rug sheds a lot, it is still worth it.
The rug is heavy, soft, and looks great. Now I don’t know how well it will hold up over time because I do have it in my main sitting area on my terrace level. I will come back and update this review after a month or so.
My initial impressions are that I love it. Some people said the rug doesn’t need a pad, and that is kind of true. It doesn’t need any sort of padding for cushion, but I did need to put a non-slip mat under mine. There is no sort of built in padding at all and I hate a rug sliding around, and after adding a nonslip mat it’s great.
When I first laid the rug down, I went ahead and vacuumed for a good bit of time. I had to empty the canister 4 separate times. I’ve also been vacuuming everyday for 3 days just to help speed up the shedding. I have zero regrets so far. Love it!

I went with this rug because it's the cheapest available, I won't even sugar coat it.
It sheds, but other than that I am excited to enjoy the (probably limited) time I will have with this rug and overall do not regret my purchase.
It came nicely folded in a box which I appreciated as that makes it really easy to return if need be. It's very thick and doesn't need a rug pad.
I love how affordable it is, It looks like a giant blanket on the floor which makes it so cozy.

I returned after a few weeks. I'm not super crazy about my house being neat, but my kids clothes were recovered with the wool and it kinda looked like dog hair that was making me crazy and you have to vacuum constantly. There's just constant shedding of the wool.
