    This happens all the time. They take the time to pack the product except sonig a 5 star check like taping the cover so the liquid dosent leak out or extra bagging in a clear bag with also taping cover so that product dosent open and get all in side package which leaves you with less product when you paid for a full bottle. 9 out of 10 times it is not taped shut. Don't you have a policy to tape liquid product covers to save an accident from happening. Please try to practice that because I love my product but not the shipping ,packaging errors.

    Product is best by far and does controlle, shine ,and style my hair best. Tried many products, but this is by far the best for my hair. I have very kinky and thick hair. Love it.

    I love Curlsmith products especially for my very long, wavy hair. I tried an expensive subscription brand (you know the one) that I liked okay but when I switched to Curlsmith I found their lighter formulations didn't weigh down the curls as much. I get much better, longer lasting wavy curls.

    With fragrance sensitivities, I also need unscented products and the Curlsmith Shine line is perfect. (Note: their Shake and Shine Refreshing Mist is scented and not part of their Shine line.)
