Oh my goodness. I have never received such awesome, or quick, customer service before. I called Stanley because the position of the straw and sip hole in relation to the handle was a problem for my injured right hand. I was a bit disappointed when I was presented with the option to press a key for a call back. The call back came immediately. I wish I could have gotten the name of the person who called me because she is amazing. I didn’t do the best job of explaining the problem but she understood immediately and explained what I needed to do so clearly I could solve my problem with no problem at all. For all the other “lefties” out there there’s no need to request a left-hand threaded lid. Just position the “hole” where you want it to end up and twist. Easy-peasy. I have more good things to say, too. This cup keeps the ice in an iced drink frozen longer than the ice in the “other brand” 40 oz cup I purchased from my husband (because it had a romantic saying on it) and it’s lighter, too. Also, said husband accidentally knocked my cup, containing water, off the counter. It landed upside down and did not leak. It doesn’t fit in a standard cup holder but an adapter was easy to find.

    I purchased what my students refer to as the “Baby Stanley” and I use it primarily for my on the go coffee. This is the 14oz, which is smaller than most 16 oz travel mugs, but I love it because I only ever use the middle size setting on my Keurig, so the amount of liquid it holds is equivalent to a standard mug or small to-go cup. If you’re a several cup a day person, I’d go with the 20oz, but for me this little guy is absolutely perfect. I love it the most for iced coffees, since it keeps things very cold, for longer than it takes me to drink an iced coffee I’m sure, and it has a nice straw. For hot coffees I do use it, because the size is great and it feels natural to carry around my classroom, but the lid design if you’re sipping isn’t amazing and coffee does tend to seep thru the dial thing while it’s in my bag. However, I have other travel mugs for hot beverages, I specifically bought this one for iced coffees, so no complaints there. I love the color, it’s held up with daily washes, and it’s very easy to clean with how the pieces come apart. I have had this product for nearly a year now and it doesn’t show it!

    Alright, folks, buckle up because I'm about to tell you the epic saga of my journey with the legendary Stanley Cup. No, not the hockey trophy — the travel mug.

    First things first, this cup is a beast. It’s like the Arnold Schwarzenegger of drinkware. You know, if Arnold had a cooler, more hydrating cousin. I filled it with coffee at 7 AM, and by noon, it was still hot enough to melt the polar ice caps. I swear, the last time I sipped from it, a bald eagle flew by and gave me a thumbs up.

    Let’s talk about the design. It’s rugged, sturdy, and could probably double as a weapon in a zombie apocalypse. Seriously, if a zombie showed up, I’d just swing this thing and call it a day. Not to mention, the handle is so solid, I’m pretty sure I could use it to pull a truck if I ever felt the need to show off.

    And can we take a moment to appreciate the size? This bad boy holds 40 ounces. FORTY. That’s like having a small swimming pool in your hand. I accidentally left it on the roof of my car once, drove off, and it just rolled down the street, unfazed, as if to say, “Is that all you’ve got?”

    Now, I do have a word of caution. This thing is so good at keeping drinks cold, I put in some ice water before bed, and when I woke up, I’m pretty sure there was a family of penguins setting up camp inside. It’s practically a portable Arctic Circle. Forget ice packs; just strap this to your forehead on a hot day.

    One minor downside: it doesn’t fit in my car cup holder. But honestly, it’s probably for the best.     It’s pretty big. Holds adequate amounts of hydration, but, the TikTok hype wasn’t well served. There are better options for a better price.

    I think it truly does serve its purpose, as it keeps a full 40oz of liquid cold for longer than it takes to drink it.

    Sadly, it doesn’t fit a cup holder well.

    Personally, I’m not a fan of the color selections, but they are available in colors my wife loves, which is why it made a good gift.

    The twist top is easy enough to use, but I find it a little tricky not to touch the straw when opening it, leading to transferring some germs.

    The straw needs a notch so it doesn’t come out without opening the lid.

    I would prefer a silicon straw rather than the hard plastic. Let’s invest in a greener product.
