Just received my package. And I am pleased. I needed a travel backpack because I didn’t want to take a laptop backpack since it did. It have the space. And I didn’t want to take a bigger suitcase. So this backpack although I have not tested it on the road it fits what I need it to fit. So far so good. I’ll give it a 4 since I have not tested it out.

    I recently took this travel backpack on a long weekend trip, and I must say, it’s exceeded all my expectations.     I purchased this backpack for a recent trip to Italy. We wanted to travel with carryon luggage only. I was a bit concerned about not having enough space to pack my clothes and personal items for a 10day trip. I selected this waterproof backpack for functionality and for its cute style and color. It was absolutely perfect. It has zippers, pockets and compartments in all the right spaces. The zippers were smooth and did not get caught up or snag. It held so many items. I carried a change of clothes, shoes, cardigan sweater, make up bag, medication bag (gallon size), scarf, bag of snacks, face masks, money belt, a crossbody purse, backup battery pack and much more. It was stuffed full but the adjustable straps are padded and super comfortable and gave great support. My back never ached and it also fit easily over the handle of my carry on luggage. I could wheel both items with ease everywhere we went. The backpack also easily fit under the seat of the airplane. We moved around quite a bit through Italy and the backpack was moved around a lot. It is built well and stood up through the wear and tear of constant train, plane and taxi rides. It was the perfect backpack for my travels. It is also very cute and stylish and feminine. I purchased the light powder blue color. I’m very happy with my purchase.
    *******UPDATE*********** I have continued to use this backpack traveling throughout the United States. It has held up perfectly. It cleans up easily and still looks brand new! One of the best backpacks I have ever owned. You won’t be disappointed!

    This truly is a fantastic item! It is very spacious, my laptop was protected, and it was able to store plenty. I often got compliments on how it looked! It's been with me through 21 countries and several years of travel with no sign of wear or tear!

    Save for one small thing. One of the buckles fell off, and I have been unable to find a replacement of the same size. The store page simply takes me back to the listings, with no way to contact the company or manufacturer. I would simply like to purchase a replacement buckle for that small part!

    !! The flight approved sizing does not apply if you overstuff the bag !!

    If you do overstuff, at least don't make it look obvious: put it on the opposite shoulder as you walk past the gate agent while boarding your plane. If you really want to optimize, black is the best color as it makes it harder to gauge how big it is compared to the brighter colors. Similar to clothing, black is slimming.

    Pros:
    - VERY spacious. I could probably do a weekend trip with only this back if necessary.
    - Multiple pockets, there's also a 'secret' pocket to secure passports or phones from pickpockets
    - External charging port is useful (you still need your own bank) although on flights you can't really utilize it unless you have a very long cord since the backpack is tucked under your seat
    - Very durable build
    - Looks very good

    Cons:
    - If you plan to use the shoe compartment, it will take up space in the main compartment. Don't think you can have a full bag + shoes. You need to divvy up space between both. (this usually applies to every bag with a shoe compartment but some people don't realize this)
    - The water bottle compartment is a joke how small it is, good luck if you plan on carrying anything wider than a standard 16oz water bottle. It gets even tighter the more you fill the bag. I had to use a carabiner to hook my bottle onto the bag.

    Will I continue using this for travel? Absolutely. The hype online was definitely worth it. I definitely could not squeeze as much stuff in my "standard" backpacks.
