Good value, good fabric.
I am pleased with the price I paid for this batting. I use batting for mug rugs (coasters) and hot pads/potholders. This is the perfect thickness and fabric for both of those.

This product doesn't hold its shape and sheds all over everything while trying to use it. It's falling apart as I am trying to use it in my quilt and has caused me to damage my quilt. I reached out to Amazon and the only option was to return the batting which is impossible because I have already tried to see it onto my quit top and is tearing into pieces as I tried to quilt making it impossible to remove from my quilt top or to return. I'm very unhappy with this product and Amazon. They said they can't replace it or refund unless I return the pieces to Amazon. Haha

5.0 out of 5 stars Lovely batting, exactly as described
Reviewed in Canada on January 21, 2021
Update - April 30/2021 - I've used this batting now for a dozen small zipper bags. I wouldn't dare use it for anything larger (like a quilt, or even tote bags). It's easy enough to cut a strip about 8 or 10" wide but anything larger than that is going to be difficult. I'm not changing my review score of 5 stars because the seller doesn't hide at all, the fact that this is quite thin batting, and it really is soft to the touch and nice to work with. But the thinness isn't going to work for all applications, so be aware. I haven't washed it yet - I'd love to know if anyone has run it through the washer/dryer and how it came out!
    (Below is my original review)
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is definitely thin batting - you can see your hand through it (barely), but you're not likely to easily poke a hole in it while moving it around to work with, unless you deliberately try. It's lovely to handle - soft, with no weird smells, and it doesn't seem to have scrim, so I'm fairly certain it's 100% cotton, as described (I haven't yet tested it with my iron, and when I do so, I will update). The size listed is fairly accurate (it runs a touch bigger - definitely not smaller). It does have tiny brown spots throughout - if you were using it with a very thin white fabric you MIGHT be able to see them, but I doubt it. The only thing I would suggest to the seller is to include an info sheet in/on the packaging - there's a cardboard insert with a picture of cotton and the sizes listed, but no product info - manufacturer, country of origin, content, instructions for use etc. Most of that is covered in the listing, but it really should be on the packaging as well. Oh - it did take the seller a week to ship and then the expected delivery date was delayed a few times (shipping from USA ---> Canada) but it ended up arriving earlier than all the dates Amazon gave me - that was a bonus :)
