First, it is very easy to assemble. It's also more than sturdy enough unless you're really loading it down, overall I like the shelf, I would recommend this

Color: BlackVerified Purchase
The shelf is overall okay for what it is, but I feel a bit mislead. The size of the shelf is a lot bigger than it appears in the pictures. (I should have read the dimensions) however one of the pieces is actually bigger than shown to be in installation guide so it is a bit longer and I feel like that is giving the shelf an odd appearance. Also, The “Style B” is put together differently than the display pictures, which also makes the shelf appear longer in size.
I did not feel like the instructions were well explained, “style B” was missing a step 3, and jumped to step 4 and I soon realized that step 3 doesn’t exist. The instructions might be easy for some, but for me, they were not.
I had to use a power drill as the holes for the screws were not properly pre drilled and the screws would not actually screw in while using the screwdriver provided. Also, with the screws flush to the board surfaces, the shelf was still wobbly, so they had to be tightened more, leaving a space that will eventually just get filled with dust I’m assuming.
Also, I am bothered about the fact that there was no stickers or anything provided to hide the screws. So on each piece, there is visible screws. And some edges of the boards were slightly damaged.
Overall, okay shelf for the price, but I’m not impressed as the shelf is much bigger than display pictures show and because of all the visible screws and such.
