I bought this product to use while at work. I work long hours away from general power supplies, so I needed a battery that could keep my phone alive.
At first I though it was a thing that would hopefully correct itself. However I have charged the battery all the way to 100% 4 times now and everytime, I plug it to my phone, it drains the entire battery in about 2 hrs and won’t charge my phone more than 20%. It also has a strange tendency to over heat my phone, 2/4 past uses.
I wanted to like the product, but for the amount of money they typically charge, you’d be better off to go check out alternatives. This one only seems to be useful in case of severe emergencies when you need your phone to stay alive.
My experience wasn’t great with this product, however maybe I just ended up with a defective unit.

I originally loved this charger. I bought it in July for a quick trip I was taking and have been using it at work since. it has ALWAYS gotten extremely hot when charging my phone making my phone hot. Now, it will charge itself to 100% and NEVER TURN OFF even if not attached to anything, causing it to die quick. It also no longer charges my phone. It currently says it has 77% battery life and my phone is on 9% i put it on my phone and NOTHING is happening.

I don't really give reviews but this was just so frustrating and I can't return it anymore so to save others the trouble, I'm giving a review. I've had this charger 6 months now. I bought it because my sister has something like it. My review is because of a recent trip to Europe where it was very important to have a portable charger that works. We were constantly on the train and needed a portable charger. Needless to say it did not work for me. It gets really hot, it's very slow and the charge would not hold, one use and the charge quickly went away. Don't buy!
