Others that I have bought didn’t have this strong of a magnet. The last one (different brand) that I had I lost because it came off the magnet. It’s pretty slim compared to others & the display tells you how much it’s charged and lets you know when you are charging the battery pack.

It doesn’t hardly take any time to charge this device up, maybe about two hours max to get it fully at 100%. And it charges my phone in less than 30 minutes. My daughter ordered a purple charger and liked it so much I ordered several for Christmas gifts. Two of the 4 were black. The stand on one is tbem wouldn’t close after it was opened the first time. (See video.) I requested a replacement through Amazon’s return process. When it arrived, I opened it and the stand seemed to bind and then cracked at the hinge. (See pic.) I went in and looked at the black one I gave to my husband. It had the same issue. It binds near the hinge and you have to fight with it to get it to latch back into place. I called iWalk telling them the 2nd one had the same issue. They took my information and said they would be in touch. That was on Tuesday and now it is the weekend and no response. It seems like there is a manufacturing issue with the black chargers that needs to be addressed and customer service needs to improve too.

Update:
After working with the seller, it is now holding to the phone and charging. There had to be a polarization issue that was a magnetic interference. Taking the MagSafe case off and putting directly on the back of the phone it holds tightly and charges. Even better now with putting the MagSafe case back on it will charge and hold.

It does not stick to my iPhone, nor my husbands iPhone 14 There is no way I could actually prop it up and charge. I have to literally hold tightly to get it to connect and if I let go or bump it a bit it disconnects again. (Note: Neither phone had any other attachments on the phone or cases for the interference)
