I got this wrench for my electric bike. It's my only form of transportation. The wrenches the bike came with were only for assembly and don't work for fixing flat tires. So I went online and found this wrench. I just opened it and it's scratched up. Tried rubbing it with my shirt and nope they're definitely scuff marks. The wrench works just fine though! Does exactly what I need it to.

I don't mind the cosmetic damage. It's just a tool for repair work after all. However, I think it should have been marketed as "used" and the price reduced to match. The scratches obviously weren't from shipping since it was wrapped in plastic and had a small cover over the tip.

Yes, I'm aware there's an option to buy a used wrench. But I did not purchase that option. I paid full price for a new wrench.

Other than that, the wrench is wonderful! Exactly what I need and I think a decent price.
