It was easy and there are YouTube videos on this, of course. LOL. For the price difference of these to the OG version with the normal tongue, I figured I'd be good with trimming the tongue. 5 STARS!!

    These are not true to size. These run small and narrow. I don't even have wide feet and these felt uncomfortable. I would go at least half a size up from your normal running shoe size.
