The selling point for me was the ease of installing and adjusting the tension of the chain, which was quite different from dealing with my previous saw that finally wore out. The product came well packaged, the chain was already installed and the battery was fully charged. All I had to do was add a bit of oil, and it was ready to go. The lock/unlock buttons on both sides of the handle seem a bit awkward, where just one would do the job, but that I can live with. So far, I’ve used it on limbs up to 3” in diameter with no problems. The battery life has lasted well, helping me to complete my projects without having to stop and recharge along the way. I highly recommend this product to others.
