    I purchased this item because I was looking for something that would make tummy time a bit more fun for my 4 month old twin boys who up until point have not been joying tummy time very much.

    I like to use this item at every tummy time session with my boys. We’re working with it about 3 times a day right now.

    Some of the features are these great foam shapes inside of the mat that mimic swimming fish. it’s easy to inflate and fill with water.

    My experience with this so far is that it really does keep my boys engaged, following the fish around and using one arm at a time to make them move. My boys love to chase the shapes around the mat and it helps to engage them long enough to help strengthen their muscles a little more every day.

    I recommend this mat for any new parents having difficulty keeping their baby engaged during tummy time. Please keep in mind that this product is made out of plastic, I sit next to my boys to monitor their play with the mat the whole time it is in use for safety and bonding time. This is not something you can set your child at and walk away.

    I give this 5 stars for how easy it was to set up, how much my boys enjoy engaging in it, and how useful I find it to be for the great value.

    The plug in to keep that water from coming out it hard to pull out. It was a bit difficult at first. It can hold a lot of water but doesn’t need to be filled up too much as it is thick and will be quite heavy to carry. It smells like pool water for some reason, though. It doesn’t break easily and it’s not too soft but if your baby can bite I would monitor them closely with this as it can be dangerous.

I didn’t change or empty the water and just absentmindedly stored it away and when I brought it back out again, there was sooo much black mold swimming around in there. I wasn’t going to put my baby back on that even if I cleaned it so I ended up throwing it away because that gross but that is a USER error. So please follow the instructions and you will not have that problem! I will be purchasing a new one 😂
