I was a little reluctant when I ordered this for my wife. The clock says it is for kids so I was expecting it to be cutesy to the point of her hating it. She loves it. The Alarm is loud, but not obnoxious. The lights are brightly colored, but not overly so. She had a separate device on her nightstand that told the temperature and humidity in the room because she is sensitive to the humidity levels in the house. Now she only needs one device on her night stand instead of two. It charges via a USB-C cable and has a battery so that if the power goes out it does not reset to a blinking 12:00 It maintains both Time Date and Day of Week.

The only issue I had with this at all is that while programming it the temperature that was registering on the clock was significantly higher then the temperature in the house due to my body heat and after I put it down it took about 10 minutes to register the actual temperature. The display lowered reading by about 0.2 degrees every 10 seconds which means it will be susceptible to false readings for longer then a normal thermometer.
While it will be great for kids, it is great for adults. Recommendation is a Strong Buy. She considers it one of the best alarm clocks she has ever had.
