good socks for the price, comfy and breathable
I ordered the 6-pack blk/wht mixed pack. I wear 9.5 shoes and found these to fit snuggly with good stretch. The bottom of the sock has a small amount of extra padding, and the top is mostly a thinner woven mesh. It's super hot where I am, and I they are comfortable when worn with tennis shoes. The material is thinner than some other crew socks I own, but I find them very comfortable for summer wear. They come up to the bottom of my calf muscle when pulled all the way up, which is about the height I desire. I tend to wear them pushed down just a bit to avoid too much of the "dad vibe." Any higher, and there is too much material, and they all look bunchy.I have only been wearing them for about 2 weeks, so I can't speak to the durability, but so far, they have held up nicely. No manufacturer defects or loose threads. They have held their shape and elasticity after 2 wear/wash cycles.My only issue is that the mesh on the top portion of the sock extends up to just below my ankle when pulled up and is visible above my shoe. I primarily wear these in very casual settings, so it isn't a big deal, but it looks a bit weird.These are some good, comfortable, light crew socks, and you can't beat the price ($10 for 6 pairs at the time of order).
