    They make some durable bakeware. Using papers for mini muffins keeps the pan free of burnt dough for the most part. Fill the papers 1/2 or 3/4 full, bake for about 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Kinds to make are only limited by your imagination. People enjoy because mini muffins are small and don't feel like they are over indulging.

    I already had one of these pans - Wilton Advance Select Premium Mini-Muffin Pan 24 count. They are great so I ordered two more. What I received was 24 count FULL size muffin pans. So I returned them with an exchange for what I initially ordered - 24 count MINI muffin pans. What I received was 24 count FULL size pans again. I finally gave up and just asked for a refund. Apparently, I'm not going to get my original order.
