    Since it doesn’t have the toxic propellant it does come out of the bottle more than the traditional spray quantity but that is the only con I can think of.

    This is the only cooking spray we use. It doesn't have a lot of chemicals like the other spray brands; you can use it cooking on high heat, and you can't even taste it. Experts say vegetable oil and canola oil are 2 of the worst oils for your body because they are rancid and stay in your body for long periods of time. This avocado oil is healthy, chemical free, and easy to use for any cooking- even works great in the air fryer at high temperatures. This is the only brand we trust, and we use all the time.

    I am conscious about what I am using to cook with as even olive oil sprays are added calories - so when I heard about this spray I immediately purchased it to try! I am not disappointed I did. It sprays on clean and I don't notice any weird taste. Even at a high heat I didn't notice any smoking or burning in the pan or air frier. I feel it's a healthy transition from using butter or olive oil to cook with and was a great value as it came as a two pack in a durable wrap so not to leak or break and was not overly priced! For me I feel I made a good healthy choice in trying this and will continue to order again - but it lasts a long time as you only need a few pumps !!!

    Okay, I’m going to start by saying I absolutely love this product. I use it for everything. I spray my pan with it, veggies, the grill, frozen French fries, etc. I’ve owned a Misto before (sprays oil but you fill yourself) but I definitely prefer this. Does a great job with cooking, good taste/smell, and the sprayer is powerful but not too much. I would recommend buying this product and I will purchase again.

    One point I want to make is the price. If you shop at Costco you can buy two huge bottles of this spray (like double the size) for basically the same price.
