  • MATCH STRIKER DIMENSIONS: 2.25" H x W 2.5" This is a small piece of pottery intended to store 3" matches. Please look at photos so you are aware of the size.
  • 3" MATCHES: Optional add on 3" white tip safety matches, bundle of 50 or two bundles of 50 = 100 Also works with strike anywhere matches. Those are getting harder to find so we added a striker sticker so any match can be used. Strike on box matches must be lit by striking on the striker sticker. They will not light on the side of the striker.

    I read through reviews on different match strikers before purchasing and settled with this one since a lot of other ones seemed like they weren’t letting the matches catch a strike. The matches were easy to strike on surface of this little vase and lit up right away. I strike the match at the bottom, but you can strike anywhere along the surface for striking. I wasn’t expecting to get a set of matches with the order so that was a nice extra. It does take “strike anywhere” matches and regular matches won’t work, but those matches are easy and inexpensive to find on Amazon for when you need a resupply. I had an issue with the shipping and the seller was diligent and quick to reply to my messages to make sure my package was delivered.

    Adorable! Yes it is pretty small, but the matches fit in perfectly. Really appreciate that there are more matches included than you need to fill it, so it can be filled with your purchase multiple times before you need to buy more. Only thing that kinda sucks is you need to rebuy specific matches to use the striker. I tried a few different types of matches, and the only ones that’ll work are the only included, which limits how you can refill. Overall, though, exactly what I was looking for!

    This product is adorable and extremely well packaged. I love it however my matches don't work well on it. It did come with some matched however we have ran out quickly so ill have to buy some matched that work better on it. Thats the only reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise 5 star product and lots of extra points for the packaging. Very good job. It is smaller than I expected but it's so adorable I am not mad at all.

    This product is beautiful and included a cute jar of strike-anywhere matches. At first, I had difficulty getting a match to light when I struck it on the base of the pot, but I emailed customer service and they quickly responded with some tips. I find that when striking, I just needed to apply a decent amount of pressure. Tip: if you order the cream color like I did, strike only on the bottom, as the matches leave little green marks.
