Updated, I've changed the rating to 4 stars as their customer service got back to me and send me replacement lids since one of the lids didn't fit correctly. So Tumbler quality is very good and customer service did follow up. However the fact that they did ship lids that were not the correct size is still a potential issue to be aware of as there may be a manufacturing process issue on at least the Turquoise Tumbler. Outside of that the product works great! Below is what I had wrote initially. I don't write a lot of reviews unless there is an issue or if the product is really great! The product actually is okay for a 40 oz Tumbler. But I have issues. - Most 40 oz Tumblers are tall and can't easily fit to obtain ice from a a refrigerator's ice dispenser. This one is shorter then most so you can dispense ice directly into the tumbler with no problem. - Keeps liquids cold for a long period of time so its fine from that regard. - Comes with 2 metal straws and a cleaning pipe along with 2 lids and a removable handle. The issue is that I have with it comes with a 2nd lid that doesn't fit. - If you look at the pics the one on the right fits and is bigger than the one on the left which is the spare lid. Unfortunate the smaller lid is the one I like to use cause the opening is bigger for a thicker straw since I like to use a specific straw that didn't come with the Tumbler. I purchased a one previously and everything was fine which is what prompted me to buy a 2nd one, however this 2nd order has been a more painful experience. No fault from Amazon Customer Service. Amazon Customer Service is always great. I sent back the Tumbler back in hopes of getting a replacement with both lids fitting. When the replacement arrived it had the same issue, so I concluded that this maybe an issue with Konokyo's manufacturing that 2 products both had a 2nd lid that doesn't fit. I tried sending an email directly to info@konokyo.com a few days ago but no response. I was hoping to just get a replacement lid instead of returning the product back to Amazon but appears I will just need to send this back with the lack of customer support. Summary the product is okay and does what a Tumbler should but my issue is that they send you 2 lids and one doesn't fit and there is no easy way to get that resolved. You just need to be aware of that if you order item. Tumbler is 4 stars but my 2 star rating is one of the lids provided doesn't fit.

    I love this cup. The 20 oz size is just the right size for a home drinking. It keeps the tea cold all day without ice but if you use ice, it stays froze all day. It is nice to be able to remove the handle when you want a more streamlined fit in holders in your car. The outer texture of the cup doesn't slip out of your hand either. It cleans easily and the seal seems to hold pretty well. I wish the metal straws came with a cap so you could keep things from getting in. I would recommend it to someone who doesn't want a gallon of drink all the time.

I got it with this one.. love the color pale yellow, very hard to find… it’s light weight, keeps my tea nice and warm.. love the two types of lids.. the slide one is not leak proof, so you need to be careful. I drink out of the other straw lid, it has a smaller drinking hole.. that lid is leak proof! All and all I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it anyone.     While all you chumps that get hung up on fads & paying extra for brand names, I bought this delightful tumbler/cup for a mere fraction for that branded 1 people lost their ever loving minds over & in comparison; my Mr & I prefer this 1 & take to squabbling over who gets it for the day. I like the feel of the exterior as it has a texture to it so it’s not slippery & depending on where we use it, we can pop the handle on & off. I appreciate the extra lid & steel straws. It may not keep ice for 39 hours or whatever but it keeps things hot for about 5 hours & today it was used for ice water (crushed ice packed & water added) dispensed at 9:45 am & it’s still got ice in it at 23:15, almost 14 hours later. It’s great for travel (beach, sports & other events) & for home. Fits in most cup holders I’d imagine & the 2 lids make cleaning/sanitizing between use easy. What else can I say? It’s a cup.     Love the Colors
    The handle is removable and lined with a rubberish material so it won't slip off.
    I love the metal straws - had to get used to them, but the keep the water so cold all the way up and chills your lips on a hot day.
    Filled it with ice and it was still 1/2 full 24 hours later. Obviously, it won't last as long the more water you keep adding. But it's perfect for me.

    I got one for myself and my wife and as much as I love it's insulation, it leaks like crazy. If you knock it over, the liquid will come out, regardless of the lid choice. And the sip lid, which I prefer as my go-to over the straw, is a poor design choice as it slides instead of clasping close. This means you can't place it down when filling your cup as putting it top down means that you are exposing wherever you put your lip to whatever surface it is on, and bottom down means you are exposing your liquid to the surface as you tilt the cup up. The other night I grabbed the tumbler and started sipping and when I went to close it, it was already closed.
    But it definitely keeps items hot and cold as need be, despite the leaking issue, I use it daily to assure a cold drink regardless of how long it's been since I poured it. I will say it keeps cold overnight
