So I've had this set for a whole week (I wanted to be able to give an honest opinion). I absolutely love this set. I had a set from Gotham steel before this and absolutely hated it, but also learned how to cook with ceramic/detachable handles with that set. I noticed, this astercook set doesn't really come with instructions on use, so I'll share a bit that came in my last set that I'm using with these that will help this set last longer.
First I see alot of others cooking with the handles attached, please do not do this. The handles need to only be used when moving the pot/pan. This is what causes it to burn. Also, the handle does not get submerged in water, so no dishwasher. Just use a washcloth and wipe it clean. You should use these pans with low/medium heat, and never preheat empty. It takes a little longer to cook your food, but it's totally worth it. This way the pans don't burn on the inside or the bottom. I also insist that you use silicone utensils with these, if you need a cheap set Walmart has the mainstays complete set in taupe that will match its $15. I didn't use the pan protectors with my last set, I'm using them with this set to prevent damage because I love this set. The grill pan easily fits 4 burgers, or 3 new york strip at a time. Which I'm so happy about. No more nights when someone has to eat a cold burger or steak waiting for the rest to finish cooking lol. They are pretty decent size, but I only cook for 4 people (one of those being a toddler) so I don't need anything big. I love the color of this set and I love the size of this set. It's truly non stick. It doesn't matter what you cook, ad long as you're using the instructions above, it will wipe clean with ease after every use. I was extremely hesitant about buying this set, but I'm so glad I got them the quality is beyond perfect. If by chance these ever become unusable I will buy another set. And if you're questioning whether or not to buy them or scared, based on others reviews, just read what I wrote, buy them, and be happy.

You need these
These are perfect for our RV. They cook very evenly and are a great price. The handles go on and off really easily. I also love that it comes with silicone utensils to keep in the camper too. They also come with lids so you can store leftovers in the pan! Very convenient!

I did not have a good experience with this particular set of pots and pans. The most important thing to know, is the detachable handles are plastic and started burning on the stove. They are very dangerous. The plastic was melting and is a fire hazard. My house smelled like burning plastic.
Second issue with these pots is they stain, after a couple uses, specifically with the grill pan, it looked old and stained.
The only thing these pans are really good for is not using the handle on them, potentially boiling water or using them for serving ware or storage. I would not cook with them.
