I think that the flats looks really good in person… looks more expensive than they are. I am regularly a 9.5, order a 9.5 but were a half size too small. I ordered a 10. The leather has no give (which I think will be a good thing in the long run) but I would size up a half size. I think I got my shoes in 10 business days. Shoes have a chemical smell to them when you get them out of the box.
