Arrived on time. Beautiful, thick & luxurious synthetic velvet. These look & feel great. They are a rich royal blue with no undertones. They weren't all wringled up so I was able to hang them right up. They have some weight but my skinny rod holds them fine.
These are hung in our basement that has about a 7 ft ceiling. They seem true to the 84 inch length. There are flat loops, about 3", on the top back side that would fit a pretty large rod.
They should do well for privacy and light blocking.

I LOVE these curtains. I was looking for a navy velvet to go with my chair in my home office and these are a nice thick quality and the rod pocket allows you to have that high quality look. Really nice backing and quality stitching. Good blackout - like 90% on a south window. I would have thought these would cost double what I paid. Even better that it is a 2 panel pack instead of just 1. Originally I was sent a package with 1, but I reached out the company and they sent me another panel right away. Hands down the best curtains I've bought online.

They look amazing and I would say 98% blackout. there is a tiny amount of like that makes it through so if you're getting it to sleep during the day keep looking. My camera actually added brightness to it so it isn't as bright as the picture. (The lines you see in a grid pattern are from my screen on the window outside, NOT from the product.)
