      Weird thing about these I bought 2, 1 yellow and 1 pink the yellow one works fine but the pink one stopped working right away so they’re a hit and miss , too bad because they blow lots of bubbles and it’s quiet music. My grandson was playing Thor with his and had a great time with it but my granddaughter was sad because hers stopped working.

      I ordered this bubble machine to make bubbles for our one year old grandson. He’s not ready to use it himself, but I thought he would love the idea of playing with bubbles.

      The machine requires 4 AA batteries in order to work, which are not included,. There is a small screwdriver included in the box for opening the battery area. Also included in the box was 5 packages of bubble solution. The poor translation of how to use the solution leaves you guessing on what you are supposed to do. I added 3 tbsp (45 ml) of water to the solution and it worked well. This filled the reservoir about 2/3’s of the way. After testing the solution for a bit I added another tbsp of water to see what the difference was and it still blew good bubbles. Next time I will give it a run by just filling it up with water after I add a package of solution.

      This bubble maker makes small bubbles, but many of them. They hold there shape well and are great fun for kids to chase and pop. When the machine is making bubbles it also plays music and there is a light from the end of the gun, which is not so obvious during the day when you’re playing with it, but will be more obvious if it’s a bit darker outside. There is simply an on and off button, no other controls on how fast the bubbles come out or whether to run it without the music. The music isn’t too loud, so when playing with it outside it’s not overly annoying to hear it over and over.

      The gun is spill-resistant, so you can lay it down or hold it upside-down and it will not leak. This is rather a necessary feature since you are not able to set the gun down in an upright position as the handle is too narrow and the top is top-heavy. The reservoir is not very big, I found it adequate for playing with one child because I would turn it on and off as he would catch bubbles, but if you had several children and want to run it steadily it’s not going to last super long and you’ll need to come prepared with refills.

      This bubble maker is ridiculously fun to play with and the whole family, including the pets, have been having a blast with it all summer long.

      It is so easy to set up and to use and it creates tons of bubbles that everyone from the smallest child to the oldest adult loves to either catch, try to catch, do the waving, or just watch and laugh! Even the doggo gets in on the action as he tries to catch the bubbles, too.

      I love that it is rechargeable so I do not have to spend money on constantly replacing batteries, plus of course for every item that eschews batteries, that is a heck of a lot of batteries diverted from landfills so you can also feel good about each small step towards helping to save the planet from mountains of e-waste.

      This bubble maker has provided and continues to provide hours upon hours of family fun. Such a simple concept and yet it brings all of us so much laughter and enjoyment.

      Definitely 5 stars from this delighted family.
