I love my food processor. I noticed that you have to be careful with cold cheese though. A tiny plastic piece chipped off but doesn’t hinder use of my processor. That was a little discouraging considering what I paid for it. But in all it’s a great product and very easy to use.

Broken lid safety feature.
This is my 2nd Cuisinart food processor. I've used mine for years. Recently purchase another one for a vavation home. Used it once, hand washed it and the lid would not go back on. After looking it over very well, I saw that the roller guide had come out of its slot. Thankfully it is still under warranty and they are shipping me a new lid.

We received this, and it seemed to not be working. We called customer service. (Yes- they still have customer service!) And they helped us realize the bowl was on backwards. 10/10 reccomend.
