Great decanter but fragile packaging
Received this broken out of the box. All I want is the intact original item and it’s a Pain in the ass to get any help on the issue. Have to return the broken item and wait for a refund. Terrible. —— Wanted to amend this. Was frustrated at the wait and condition of receiving the initial product. Was able to get a replacement on my own accord and it was intact upon arrival. This is a great decanter for wine. Great size and looks nice. Be mindful the shipping packaging sucks and is very fragile. I was worried the 2nd one was busted as well because the outside packaging was in rough condition.
