I can't walk at all without these! Highly suggest. Easy to trim down to your size. I have tremendous foot pain, especially in my heels. I have some pain in my pads too. Have chronic fatigue syndrome as well. Get these 👍

    They have good cushion without making the slippers too tight. And they stay in place. Probably good for shoes.

    Cons:
    The insole is slippery if you don't wear socks. Since this was for slippers, I don't wear socks. I didn't feel secure walking around in them and felt it was unsafe. I gave them to my mother to try, but she said the arch support was painful. The arch support did not bother me.

    Threw them away.
