I have shaking hands so this is great for making videos with.
I love that all the controls are on the handle. The pan and tilt joystick is good for shooting parallel to your walking direction.
Tilting the handle up and down is the best way I found to do those movements, since the movement is slower, which means there's less chance the shot gets blurry.
Holding the camera for 15 minute walking shots was fine and I didn't find my arm got tired. So that's good. For those shots I just had a iphone 6s attached. Gimble camera app works fine on that model.
Just got a Rode Video Mic II for this that I'm keen to try out, a light, and the separate tiny remote control.
The AI Vision sensor is great and IMHO well worth getting. The tracking works well within the distances specified on the product page here. My friends were very impressed.
At first I accidentally ordered one that was missing it for $20 less. Prices for the sensor separately seem to be around $100 or so. I'm planing on using the gestures to do panning shots of stationary objects, statues mostly.
Ease of use: The basic functions were easy to get to grips with, and the AI sensor tracking was easy too (Ok gesture to follow person, Palm to stop, finger brackets for tracking other stuff). There's a bit of a learning curve with the rest but there are Youtube videos from the manufacturer showing features, as well as community made how to videos.
