I love these jeans!! If you are late Gen X or early Millennial, you’re going to be overwhelmed with nostalgia with these jeans. Skinny jeans be damned! As others have mentioned, they are excellent quality and will definitely last a lifetime. I’m 5’5 and 155 pounds. I have a small waist and curvy hips. I have a long torso and shorter legs. I bought two pair. The sizing chart was a little hard to follow because my waist size is way smaller than my hip size. With my first pair, I went with the all black in a size 30. They fit snug on my hips and give that look of “high waters” when I wear them with black boots for work. They are a true high rise. They do ride up in the crotch a little but nothing unbearable. The material of my black pair is very thick. They look nice enough to wear to work. For my second pair, I sized up to a 31 to address the crotch issue and to have them sit lower on my hips. This time I wanted to get a casual pair and got the distressed color. The material is still thick but much softer and they are longer like how we wore these types of jeans in the 90s. They will fit perfectly once I was them. I love both pairs for different reasons.

I’m almost 40 and I don’t need or want to look like I’m trying to fit in at the middle school. I love Levis and I was hoping these would be just baggy enough work for me but they are waaaaaay baggier than I expected and too long also. I’m 5’4” 128 lbs. I’m wearing a 27 in this photo and if I were to opt for these pants I would exchange for a 26 so they fit a little higher. That said they’re well made and comfortable, so if this is the look you’re going for then they’d be a good choice.
