I have worn this watch for maybe 2 days now and realized that the black "paint" was being rubbed away so I decided to completely remove it, which can be done with a dry paper towel. It hasn't changed the value of the watch for me but was disappointed it came off so easily. Other than that, it's a good watch

    I have worn a watch since my teens (Timex, Swatch Watch - 80's teen, and lots of cool battery operated watches). About 5 years ago, I purchased my first Fit Bit (a Charge 2), and had it 4 years. It didn't have all the phone features (don't need them), but it had the step and exercise features that I wanted. I decided to upgrade to the Charge 3, just over 14 months ago, and it recently died (some strange software issue, and of course the warranty was up).

    I do not want constant access to my phone, my messages, or the ability to order anything by voice, so all the latest smart watches hold no appeal. The upgrades to the fitness watches require subscriptions for some of the basic features that used to be free, or, there are too many extra features that I will never use.

    Rollback to the old school watch! This watch is stylish, can be worn with anything, and it does exactly what a watch is meant to do: keep time! And, it's a fraction of the cost of a smart watch!

    For those that love the basics, this is a great pick!

Because it is difficult to change the battery yourself, and it cost like $24 each to have a jeweler install, I ended up with a bunch of non working watches.
