I found the well known unsweetened peanut butter brands to be a disappointment. The excessive oil content was always a problem. Oil had risen to the top of these jars when first opened. Stirring the contents was messy, to say the least. The peanut butter had a gloppy, sticky texture. Then I happened upon Justin’s Peanut Butter. What a wonderful discovery! No need for messy stirring. Oil didn’t rise to the top. Great for baking or just eating right out of the jar. The taste was equally impressive … a truly delicious peanut flavor. And the cost was another great selling point - wonderful quality at an incredibly low price compared to the other more expensive brands.
