I went whitewater rafting on the Resurrection Alaska. The only way I would take a phone is in this waterproof case with a lanyard. We frequently had to row, water splashed in the raft. I took still photos and videos while the phone was in the case. Worked great! I am adding a photo taken to show the clarity

      Why did you pick this product vs others?:
      These are the best waterproof phone cases we have used. My husband and I each take one any time we go snorkeling or even just to hang out in a resort pool. They float somewhat and are easy to hang around your neck if you want to be hands free. I've also taken pics and videos (above water) through the case and they've turned out really well as long as you wipe the beads of water off somewhat. We are able to fit a good bit in each case including a phone, couple credit cards, license, and cash. So many people we've met on vacation have complained about their cases leaking but KNOCK ON WOOD we've never had an issue so after a few years we just purchased more.

      I was kayaking in the Greenbrier river in WV yesterday. I flipped over lost my phone in the river just before our take out spot. After getting kayaks out I decided I was going to wade back up the river and just see if I could find it. I waded about a quarter mile up river to where I was and started looking. Just a few minutes I saw it laying on the bottom in about 2 feet of water. I had my money, phone and driver license in it. Picked it up and everything was dry and safe.       I purchased the Hiearcool Waterproof Phone Pouch with high hopes for keeping my phone safe during beach trips. The pouch fits my iPhone 15 well, and I like the idea of having it handy for water activities. However, I ended up returning it due to one main issue: the pouch doesn’t work well at depths beyond shallow water.

      While it’s advertised as IPX8 waterproof, meaning it should be safe up to 30 meters, I found that it didn’t perform as expected when submerged at deeper depths. If you're planning to use it just for shallow splashes or surface-level activities, it could be fine, but for any significant underwater use, I wouldn’t recommend it.

      Overall, I think it’s a decent option for light, surface-level use, but if you need something for deeper water activities, you may want to look into a more robust solution.

      Worked great. Waterproof. Only issue is iPhone 16 fits barely and then only if you remove the protective case. Well one other “issue” is that when under water with iPhone inside case, could not press record or zoom. Basically the plastic is thick enough that the iPhone couldn’t register finger touch. I got around this a bit by setting the phone up before putting in case. I set it to recording and set at what I thought would be a good zoom, then put in case. Had to surface and remove phone from case in order to turn recording off, and then edit video to chop off the beginning and ending.

Took them with us to Xcaret and went down the river which is 1.5 hours, swam with dolphins and no water at all. Used them in the pool at our resort, no water. Went on a boat to an island and on the way went snorkling, on the island on the beach no water. Overall phone and money was never wet at all and we were able to play on our phones while in the case. These are a must have if your going anywhere with water.

      It was easy to use. My iphone16 was a snug fit since I also kept it in its protective case. The waterproof case kept my phone dry at a water park , multiple times in a swimming pool, and in the ocean during a 5 day vacation. Very durable. As far as functionality goes, it was still touch sensitive but not quite as touch sensitive when completely submerged under water. But the clarity for the videos and pictures wasn’t affected by the case so I was pleased. I had no problems with facial recognition features either so I was very pleased with quality and it was reasonably priced.

      Bought these in 2023, but only used them a few times. Thank goodness I had this, because I went tubing on the river near my hometown and lost my phone. It wasn’t tethered to me like I thought. Thankfully, someone found my phone while snorkeling…..it was chillin in this case UNDER WATER for FIVE DAYS and protected it like a boss! My phone had ZERO damage! Woohoo!!! The only thing that would make it better is if it had the ability to float.
