  • Electric knife is driven by a motor, so the handle will shake when it works and get a little hot (We use a better motor than others on the market, so it's actually just warm) under continuous work(3 mins limited), which is a normal phenomenon.

  • The handle is made of a durable polymer material. Flakproof faux wood coating on the surface also allows the product to retain the aesthetic.

  • Keep the blade straight and aligned with the handle. Press the button and gently insert the blade into the handle while maintaining a straight angle. By following these instructions, you should be able to insert the blade securely into the handle.

    Four stars (not five) because inserting the blade into the handle is not as easy as other electric knives. The handle where the blades are inserted could be better.
    EDIT returning and why....
    After cutting a full size loaf using a slicer guide I've decided to return this. The vibration in the handle is tough on my hand after a full loaf of bread. Using a slice guide the blade on this is barely long enough to make it to the other side of the slice guide.
