I actually bought this to cut my chicken breast into cubes. Works like a charm! Cubes are a little small but thankfully I do not have picky eaters! Saves me so much time prepping, I dice and freeze. I know this is made for veggies but heard someone say they used it for chicken so decided to try and shocked at how good it works. Saves me so much time! Love it Takes me more time soaking and cleaning afterwards but worth it on how much time it saves me from cutting chicken all day! Turned literal hours of work into like 15 min. Used it quite a few times and works like new, blades havent dulled yet.

    I really love this chopper! I am not good with food prep. Yes, I need to slice things to fit into the chopper, but then WOW - chopped into the right sized pieces! I use this weekly for salad prep and soup prep - both of which I do a lot of. Like every single week.

    I use the bigger blade - celery, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, mini cucumbers, sliced beets, boiled eggs

    I use the smaller blade - onion, shallots

    I meal prep a salad for the work week - this saves me so much time.

    I make soups in the slow cooker routinely - this saves me so much time.

    I love that the ingredients are all similarly sized.

    Love that it all can go in the dishwasher. Love the little gizmo to clean out the chopper part. BE AWARE that the blades are incredibly sharp and I have the wounds to show it - from my 1st use. Do NOT use your finger to poke the food through the blades! Always use the gizmo!

    I buy onions in a 5 lb bag from my warehouse store - chop and freeze and I am good to go for weeks on end. Love it!

    Loved the idea of the spiralizer but this is not for the current version of me - I got rid of those attachments, so do not buy if it's not your thing.

    this is the 4th one of these I have bought for use in a commercial kitchen as a cheap alternative to something heavy duty. it's not perfect, but I am pretty used to using it . there's a few gripes I have with it, but nothing game breaking: the storage basin is dinky, and the unit doesn't lock to the basin. the surface area isn't huge and a lot of your produce needs to be preprepped into workable pieces before use. also it takes a bit of downward force to get through thick produce. my wife doesn't like it. I think it's fine, and once you get your rhythm and muscle memory, you can quickly mulch through mountains of produce in record time. the gadgets that come with it are a little gimmicky, but they technically do work as advertised. they usually last a year before I crack it in half, but I can reuse the parts.

    needed a good dicer because my cuisine art doesnt have that feature.
    had been pushing back that purchase for a while, but when i finally got it i cant be happier!
    i went for a larger size because i prefer making larger batches at a time, so the container is great for that/
    the blades are extremely sharp - so yes, you must be careful to avoid cuts.
    but this also means that they hopefully will stay sharper longer
    i have to say i dont use the other attachments as much, dicer is my go to.
    But i'm thinking i will start trying them as well to experiment with other dishes

    Er schneidet sehr präzise und spart viel Zeit in der Küche. Die Klinge ist sehr scharf, was einerseits ein grosser Vorteil ist, andererseits sollte man beim Reinigen und an der Schnittfläche wirklich vorsichtig sein. Insgesamt ein tolles Küchenhelferlein, das ich nicht mehr missen möchte!
