    Bought this to replace an older adapter for my travels to Europe. This was an absolute lifesaver. With the USB-C and regular USB ports, I could charge several of my devices at once. I used to travel with an adapter and a surge strip, but with both a three-prong and a two-prong 110V outlet, I didn't need to drag that additional piece with me and could plug everything I needed directly into the adapter. It handled recharging my razor, laptop, phone, iPad and smartwatch all at once with ease. If and when this thing burns out (it's inevitable over time, all adapters do), I will be looking for this same one next time I need a new adapter.

    Edit: Since I wrote the review I learned that my curling iron was dual voltage so it should have worked no matter the voltage. Customer service contacted me and offered a refund. I didn't take the refund since I am not sure anymore that it was a fault with their product or not but I wanted to change the review to reflect their amazing customer service. Original: Took to Italy to use on my expensive flat iron. Unfortunately, it destroyed it! Bought in April when I booked my trip and is no longer eligible for return.

    The price is dead cheap when comparing it with other small power converters.
    and when you fill out the warranty on line they send you a free trave case.
    keep in mind it will not work in the UK.
    The best feature is it is small enough to use on trains and long haul buses, so you are not fighting over limited USB charging ports. I travel a lot and this is now part of my travel plans.
