This lavender smells good; it has a strong, familiar lavender scent when you open the package. I was a little reticent about purchasing herbs over the internet but right away I was reassured when I opened it up.
The taste is also good. It has a soothing quality both in flavor and effect. I've used this both in tea and hot baths. It would also be useful in sachets, to tuck next to your pillow while sleeping (but since it's organic, I'd save it for edible purposes).
The AI is suggesting I should talk about caffeine content, but lavender has no caffeine. Duh.
