I rarely write reviews but having used this yoga towel for a few days at home and then taking it to hot yoga today where I am a sweaty mess I have to say this is a game changer. Before I had it I would sweat so bad there would be puddle's on my mat but today it was perfect at absorbing all of my sweat and making it slip proof for yoga poses - I'm not sure if it would be slippery if you don't sweat because I think the sweat on the towel helps it be not slippery. If you don't sweat much you may want to mist your towel down with a water spritzer first. But this towel was absolutely perfect and did NOT come off of my yoga mat at all.

Not good
Product is wrong size for Gaiam yoga mat, despite being the same brand. The towel is about an inch too short, making it so that the corners of the mat don’t fit into the towel. Also, the material is super slick.
