Got this for myself as a birthday gift. Item was delayed in transit so it took longer than expected to arrive. When I finally tried using it, it wouldn't work. I could not get it to turn on. It didn't look used. It appeared sleek and brand new... The whole ordeal has been extremely upsetting.
I originally gave this 1 star because the one I ordered did not work when I plugged it in. Still waiting on my refund. Got a full size one from the local store. It is not a mini unfortunately. There are none of those being sold nearby. Thankfully this 1 works! It's very loud, I'm guessing because it is bigger and stronger? I've made butter and different flavors of curds. I wish i had tried the mini out sooner so I could have had it refunded sooner. I guess when you are the only one gifting yourself on holidays, it gets a little depressing and activities gets pushed off for responsibilities.
