Easy to use, with different temperature settings and the power button is placed perfectly where you won't accidentally press it while using it. Had the issues with other hair tools. Hair straightens well and fast but it doesn't make my hair look flat. Love the size and weight. Makes my hair looks shiny and ut also doesn't pull my at my hair. It works well! So far no issues. For the price you could do worse,at least it's a good quality tool that you'll have for a while. Hopefully it stays that way!
