The shelves are sturdy, well built, they feel like strong plastic material and the shelves pull out smoothly. I hope these will last a long time!
I purchased these under cabinet shelves for my mother to help organize items under her kitchen sink. They are a bit larger than I expected which is not a big deal at all, I ended up using one shelf under the kitchen sink and the other in the bathroom to help organize her products.
The shelves move very smoothly. The only problem that I can foresee her having is if she doesn't have enough weight in the back, the entire shelf falls forward onto the floor and everything falls out. I would be nice to have a weight on the back metal stand to help offset the items that will be placed on the shelves. You definitely have to make sure there's a weight distribution on the bottom shelf.
The instructions were pretty straightforward. The only issue I had was having to screw in so many tiny screws -which definitely resulted in my hands cramping up multiple times.

Arrived with a Broken Piece, otherwise good.
This arrived today. I found these little white pieces in the box and didn't think too much of them until I got to the assembly step where it says attach the metal rods first to the frame without a roller. Then I realized those little white pieces were the roller part of the shelf unit. I assembled the unit anyway, but if they are needed for the pull out function can you please send a replacement part. Other than that they seem exactly as shown.
