It's a beautiful bench, but 10" shorter than the 55" advertised. It looks like there are other customers who have reported the measurements not matching the real item. We were really looking forward to receiving it and had it been the measurements advertised, it would have been perfect for our home. Just make sure your space is needing only 45". The bench is sturdy considering how skinny it is and wood is of great quality.

    Cute product and I want to love it. But the quality of work and measurements leave much to be desired. The legs are different lengths so the bench can’t sit flat against a wall. I have one leg touching the wall and the other side of the bench leg are away from the way about two inches so the bench looks straight. Every time I see it I’m annoyed.
