Directions

Take the appropriate dosage 1/2 hour before starting activity or when you experience symptoms to help prevent or relieve the nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness. Adults and Children 12 Years and Older: Take 2 capsules; do not take more than 4 capsules in 24 hours. Children 6 to Under 12 Years: Take 1 capsule; do not take more than 2 capsules in 24 hours. If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you may open the capsule and pour onto a spoon or into food or drink.

I'm someone who could start feeling nauseous sitting still or in a car and haven't yet found dramamine that worked, or didn't make me feel very dopey!! But, THIS ONE WORKED! No taste, just like any other vitamin with no aftertaste, I took it because I dearly wanted to ride EPCOTs GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY ride without bending over a trash can for 30 minutes like RATATOUILLE did to me! And, despite the tight turns, spinning, and high speed, it worked out fine .. .. And, I was actually hungry when I got off the ride .. .. How did this simple pill work so well??

    I have been buying these for years now.These work perfectly for my daughter who gets terribly ill including getting headaches and dizziness even when taking the train.These work without making her sleepy or giving her any side effects.I highly recommend this dor anybody suffering with motion sickness.

    I did take this supplement when i had an upset stomach and it did work w in the hour. But i found a hack im going to use next time. A little tastier too lol I did some research into the ginger candies in how much ginger was actually in them. Which is less than I thought. 1 chew has 300-800mg depending on brand, and version. But Crystalize ginger cubes have the highest ginger content. 2 cubes (weighing about 5gram each) is about 7000MG of ginger! 2 capsule of this supplement is 1000mg of ginger. Much higher ginger in the cubes. Do your research and you'll see it too. I plan to put 2-3 ginger cubes in a small resusable sauce container and keep a few cubes in my purse. The rest keep in my pantry or put in pretty jar for tea. Baking. Ect. But the pros of this supplement is no sugar. Probably better shelf life? But a 2 cubes would have less than 10g of sugar. Hope this is helpful to anyone else.

    This is the best non drowsy Dramamine. I have been using this for a long time. I like that is doesn't make me tired and helps me to not feel nauseous on road trips, on rides at theme parks and cruises. Works all day long. It's in a normal pill bottle so it's easy to carry around.
