    This is a pretty nice stool and the wide metal base makes it feel very stable. I'm about 6'3 220 and it holds me easily and goes up high enough that I feel comfortable sitting on it without my legs feeling scrunched up.

    The hydraulic mechanism seems smooth and both raises and lowers at a good rate, not to fast or to slow.

    The top does spin 360 degrees which is a must for me for a stool.

    My one complaint is the Sherpa cover. Out of the bag it had an unpleasant smell that I've never smelled on synthetic fabric before. Luckily it was individually wrapped so it was contained. Fortunately the stool is designed to work with or without the cover so I don't mind using it without it. I may try soaking the cover in vinegar or something and then see if it still smells at all but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
