I was a bit hesitant about this product but let me tell you, it's AMAZING. It feels so good. I've used it exclusively on my lower back and it feels so good. The heat is perfect, the massage is perfect. I love this thing. I also love that it's rechargeable and portable. I have also had my husband use it on his hip and my son who gets achy leg muscles frequently, I shove it up his pj leg and he loves it. I love that it has a timer also. This is just such a great product and I intend to get a lot of use out of it.
