I ordered my normal size small and the fit is perfect for pairing either with leggings or jeans. The length hits at the top of the thigh on me. I do agree with other reviewers that the slits are higher than most and it would show some skin on the sides without a base layer underneath. I may stitch them down a bit because I really love the sweater otherwise

    This is the nicest sweater!!!! NO it is NOT one of those itchy cheap feeling acrylic sweaters that makes your skin crawl. It is so soft it almost feels like a cotton blend though it is not. I normally wear a small (or size 4 and am 5'6 1/2", 127 lbs) . . . but ordered a medium to make sure it was the over-sized look I wanted since it is an off-brand from China and things generally run smaller not bigger. The sleeves hit at my wrists and were not super long like on model in pic - but I love it, the sweater its self is long enough to cover your butt. It is a pretty ivory with black stripes as illustrated in the picture they show. I did not find the neck to be tight at all as some other reviewers mentioned, but it IS a turtle neck! It should be a nice look with jeans or black slacks or even tights with boots. Highly recommend super cute sweater for fall.

    I got a medium, am 5"1' and 157 pounds. This was still plenty big and any longer it would have been worse. This fit me with plenty of room to spare. However, it is truly not attractive on a short person with a tummy. It looked too boxy and tent-like. That piece in the front is too flappy-looking, it's apron-like, and only serves to draw attention to my stomach instead of away from it. Too bad. It's a strange fit for people who aren't tall and stick-like. Wanted to like it, but it is a horrible design for my stature. It simply looks too odd on my frame.
