First I want to say that this product is, at first test, fantastic!

I received this product within the day, the shipping was fantastic. When I got the package I immediately noticed that it had some weight too it. That's a good thing for me. Being I was working, it took a day for me to get to a point where I could install it, but when I did. WOW.

The quality of the product is super great. The hose itself made most of the hoses I've bought at Walmart seem like toys. The hose is super flexible as well. The rubber nozzles in the rainfall head felt of high quality as well, and even came with extras.

The installation was super easy following the instructions and only took like 5 minutes to get it connected. I will note here, which is why it's only 4 stars, is that on the 12" extension arm the end of the arm where it should adjust (at the 3 way diverter) is stuck as if it was glued or maybe welded. The butterfly nut was even off at one point, and still the arm would not move. I recommend Cobbe take a look into their manufacturing process (or whomever they source that too) and make sure this isn't done for future customers.

I was not able to get in contact with Cobbe directly, but I was able to get assistance from Amazon in obtaining a replacement arm via a total product replacement. I will update this review pending replacement.

After installation, I ran the water to find that there were no leaks. So, of course I had to test... The rainfall shower head was so relaxing and I tremendously enjoyed it, and the hand-held shower head's 9 settings were each fantastic. I switched form a normal handheld bought from Walmart (which we've had for YEARS) to this rainfall combination product and I'm SO glad I did.

All in all, the shower was amazing, even though there wasn't super pressure, but my location's pressure itself is sufficient for what I like. But so far, this product is amazing and I love the quality, the feel of the rainfall like water and I love being able to stand under the water as opposed to in front of water at an angle. Super amazing, super loving it.

I have a really small shower and when I found this while researching shower heads, I fell in love. This seemed like the perfect thing for my shower since the person who designed where I live didn’t think things through and installed the shower spigot facing out towards the opening. It’s an ordeal turning the water on to take a shower to say the least. I like the look of it. It definitely makes my shower look nicer. I haven’t showered with it yet, but I tested it out and I like the water pressure. My issues are that the instructions don’t match the exact product. I reread the product information here on Amazon and apparently there are two different types: one with the diverter that comes out on one side (the one in the product images) and one with the diverter that points straight out (like mine, see pic). Install is pretty straight forward for the exception that I had to look very closely at the directions and what I have because they don’t match up. Regardless, I figured it out. Nbd. It also comes with a small screw and a tiny Allen wrench. Not sure what this is for and the instructions don’t picture it or explain what to do with it. I thought I found where it goes but the screw didn’t fit and I almost lost it down my drain 🙃 and lastly, my biggest issue is that the rainfall piece is leaking from where it’s connected. I hand tightened it to the best of my ability then tried to tighten more with a pair of pliers. This did nothing except scrape it up. Thankfully it can’t be seen but the leak is annoying. I even took the rainfall piece off and put it in again in case I hadn’t put it on properly. It’s even, it’s just leaking. It’s tolerable but the leak does go straight towards my shower curtain so if it’s open, I still have the same issue I had previously… water making its way out of the shower. So, I’m happy but also mildly disappointed. I’m excited to use it. I just hope this leak doesn’t get worse.

I have a really small shower and when I found this while researching shower heads, I fell in love. This seemed like the perfect thing for my shower since the person who designed where I live didn’t think things through and installed the shower spigot facing out towards the opening. It’s an ordeal turning the water on to take a shower to say the least. I like the look of it. It definitely makes my shower look nicer. I haven’t showered with it yet, but I tested it out and I like the water pressure. My issues are that the instructions don’t match the exact product. I reread the product information here on Amazon and apparently there are two different types: one with the diverter that comes out on one side (the one in the product images) and one with the diverter that points straight out (like mine, see pic). Install is pretty straight forward for the exception that I had to look very closely at the directions and what I have because they don’t match up. Regardless, I figured it out. Nbd. It also comes with a small screw and a tiny Allen wrench. Not sure what this is for and the instructions don’t picture it or explain what to do with it. I thought I found where it goes but the screw didn’t fit and I almost lost it down my drain 🙃 and lastly, my biggest issue is that the rainfall piece is leaking from where it’s connected. I ordered this shower heads and when I opened it couple days ago yo instal it I noticed that the part you hang the long wire one is missing and it’s not in the box now I don’t know where to hang the shower head with tubes. Make sure when you guys buy this open it and look inside make sure everything is in the box before you install it.

This a rest of the story. They never respond back so I had to look around and find the part the holds the head of a shower so finally I found and I bought it and we hook it. Then the next day I went to shower this is what happened right in middle of my shower the head fell down than goodness I was not under it because I was shampooing my hair if I was under it hoş know what could of happened to me because the heads is very heavy weight. I don’t suggest unless you really desperate. Plus when you open the water and try water to come from both the main heads and the handy one it does not work. Other wise I love this kind of shower I just don’t understand why can’t make lighter weights like other countries in the world. I really don’t suggest.
