Avoid placing coir mats in areas of direct water or rain. For best results, place under eave or covering.
Mats are made from REAL NATURAL COCONUT FIBERS which undergo oxidation. Oxidation is a naturally occurring process which may cause slight variations, much like bronze forms a patina over time. It is the same concept: natural products reacting to sunlight!
- It is common to experience some shedding of fibers. To clean, simply brush or shake your mat outdoors.
- Variations in color may occur. This is common and naturally occurring.
- Exposure to water may result in color shifting onto floor surfaces.

I ordered two of these mats. They are very cute and they do a great job of preventing debris from being tracked into the house. One of the mats is for the front door and it says Home Sweet Home. The second mat was for the back porch. We have three dogs, so we thought Wipe Your Paws was appropriate! Unfortunately, one of our puppies decided to pee on the mat repeatedly and the product I used to try to clean the mat off, bleached the material the mat is made of. So, the back door mat had to go in the trash and I had to order a rubber mat that the dogs will not pee on. For some reason, my puppy is attracted to peeing on this type of coir door mat material. We have never had an issue with other types of mats.
All in all, I love these mats and would highly recommend.

The product itself is very cute & the price is great, but it arrived used. Just because an item is at a lower price does not mean that it should be used when you purchased it new. The rug arrived very dirty. I can easily clean it up, but I should not have to. It should be new. I should be able to open it & put it down. Don’t pawn your open box items off to me, Amazon. I spend so much with you. Do better.

Front door mat. Only dimensions was incorrect than described but what I actually wanted so it worked out. I took a picture for others looking to purchase. The mat does not blow away on windy days due to the weight of the top mat which is another plus.
