    This is a very good set of knives. I used the green chef’s knife on a head of lettuce, and it cut through it like it was butter. There was no tearing or crushing of the lettuce at all. The paring knife is equally as sharp, I nicked my hand while using it and it cut me. These are definitely NOT to be used by children! The covers are an excellent method of storage , they protect the blade and you.

    I needed a decent set of knives in my kitchen, and I feel that these are going to last me a while. The only thing I wish about the knives is that they would attach to my knife magnet. But there isn’t enough metal in it to stick, so they are in a drawer.

    I should probably describe these knives in detail. I rented a place where the landlords used this big purple knife. I just fell in love with it the first time I cooked (and I love cooking) and wrote down the brand to buy myself the same one. Now I am the happy owner of this set, but I only use two knives - purple and orange. The quality is great. I was impressed by the fact that it does not need to be sharpened every week. It really is sharp for several months in a row.

    P.S. When I bought the knives, I read the reviews, someone wrote that he cut her/himself and gave the product one star. I do not understand how you can complain about the fact that the knife is sharp ... it should be sharp - this is its function, you just need to be more careful...
